North 49 Alliance provides comprehensive Building Envelope Solutions. Working hand in hand with leading manufacturers to offer technical and sales advice to provide complete and effective solutions to architects, consultants, distributors, engineers, and contractors.

We are comprised of three Divisions; North 49 Fransyl, North 49 Lexsuco and North 49 Sales Agency Inc.

North 49 Fransyl team’s focus is to represent Fransyl products and systems, including; Roofing Systems, Building Envelope Systems, Insulated Concrete Form Systems, Infrastructure and Component Systems.

North 49 Lexsuco represents three reputable product brands; Lexcor – Commercial Building Products; Lexcan – Single Ply Roofing Systems and Lexmat – Residential Building Products.

North 49 Sales Agency is a manufactures’ representative providing comprehensive building envelope solutions to our clients. We work with Architects, consultants, distributors, engineers, and contractors. Representing leading manufacturers of roofing, waterproofing and building envelope products we offer technical and sales advice to provide complete and effective solutions.
